Brian Harris has worked Internationally with the majority of Major Record labels, Film Companies and TV studios for over 30 years, and managed artists, film and TV projects, advising on overall strategy, artist development, and securing PR opportunities, synch licenses and film/TV collaborations for his clients.

His expertise is in the development and the delivery of an entertainment, music, TV or film project, followed by the marketing and monetising of the finished product.

• In the early years, Brian formed the production and writing team JOLLEY HARRIS JOLLEY becoming one of the most successful production teams of the era, working with acts such as YAZZ, ROBERT PALMER, MICA PARIS, CHIC, BRENDA RUSSELL, BARRY WHITE, ASWAD and JULIA FORDHAM, along with album of the year and best producer awards for the groundbreaking ambient soul album INNOCENCE.

• Producer management followed with success from his roster of producer-writers with credits such as MARY J BLIGE, JENNIFER HUDSON and CHRISTINA AGUILLERA to name a few.

• Co-wrote and produced and managed the award-winning, ambient soul/dance artist INNOCENCE spawning several hit singles, including the PINK FLOYD collaboration ‘NATURAL THING’with synchronisation ads with DISNEY, FIAT CARS, BBC and MIAMI SEAWORLD.

• Brian also worked on the music for the BOB HOSKINS award-winning film MONA LISA.

• Written and produced the theme tune for the award-winning BBC TV Series TRACY BEAKER, running from 2002 and including the film THE MOVIE OF ME featuring a cameo role for his artist KEISHA WHITE and covered by STORMZY in his platinum release of 2020 HEAVY IS THE HEAD.

• Background music for the HALLE BERRY/SHARON STONE movie blockbuster CATWOMAN and featuring the voice of KEISHA WHITE as CATWOMAN. KEISHA, managed by Brian, signed to WARNER RECORDS having several hit records including the acclaimed hit single WEAKNESS IN ME from the album OUT OF MY HANDS, as well as working with PAUL OAKENFOLD on his album STARRY EYED SUPRISE.

• Brian was responsible for discovering and developing MARTINE McCUTCHEON to become one of the most well-known actresses in the UK working on the iconic TV drama EASTENDERS and co-starring with HUGH GRANT in LOVE ACTUALLY.

• Signed REBEKAH RYAN to MCA RECORDS spawning two top ten records.

• Management and collaborator with writer/producer Andy Murray, who had over twenty German Hit records from major acts such as MONROSE and QUEENSBURY including one of the biggest-selling singles in German history.

• Other collaborations include the platinum album by ARTFUL DODGER entitled ALL ABOUT THE STRAGGLERS, the legendary RIC WAKE (Mariah Carey,Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez), consulting for his act YANNI for Europe, and a joint venture with TREVOR HORN.

• Consultant and A&R for MARTI PELLOW on his solo album HOPE in 2014.

• A&R, marketing and development of an album by TOM FELTON (aka DRACO MALFOY/HARRY POTTER).

• Writer collaborations with high-profile writers PAUL BARRY, SCOTT STORCH, GENUINE, DEANA CARTER, CHRIS BRAIDE, STEVE BOOKER, LUCIE SILVAS, RIC WAKE and BOB MARLEY (producing and co-writing a duet with KEISHA WHITE and BOB MARLEY courtesy of RITA MARLEY and the BOB MARLEY ESTATE).

• Oversaw the relaunch of the iconic BANANARAMA as A&R and marketing manager, spawning their first top ten record in over fifteen years, and a joint venture with BRITAIN’S TOP MODEL.

• Discovered and nurtured the early years of massive talent BRYN CHRISTOPHER, delivering a top 20 album on POLYDOR/GEFFEN, and now a major successful songwriter and lead vocalist on acts such as SIGALA.

• Major collaborations and synchs with GREYS ANATOMY, HAWAII FIVE-O, DISNEY, BBC TV and the US channel AWESOMENESS TV, COLUMBIA PICTURES
  IN 2021, Brian worked on some of the music placement for the MICHAEL CAINE film TWIST.

In 2022, already with years of success and experience in the entertainment world, under the banner of SOUNDS INC, Brian has several film and TV projects under development, which includes collaborations with JOANNA LUMLEY and KYM MARSH in an adult based cartoon series, and the legendary drummer KENNEY JONES (The Who, The Faces. The Small faces), on a TV show entitled MINT STRAWBERRY, amongst others
